The Mid-Atlantic HERC aims to provide job seekers and our member institutions with regional and lifestyle resources to ease the transition to new jobs and communities in our area. Recognizing that increasing numbers of people in higher education have spouses or partners working in the academic community, Mid-Atlantic HERC provides links to resources for dual-career couples.
